Questions about Habitat’s resident app
Does the app cost residents anything?
No. The app is free for every resident. Paying dues online carries only the payment gateway’s standard fee, shown before you pay.
Can tenants and family members use it?
Yes. Owners add family and tenants, and choose whether the owner or the tenant gets the maintenance bill. Each person signs in with their own mobile number.
Are my phone number and details private?
Your number is hidden in the residents directory unless you choose to show it, and neighbours can chat with you in the app without seeing it.
Where is our data kept?
On highly secure servers in India, and never sold. Every person sees only what their role allows, and every admin and money action is in the audit trail. There is no contract, and you can export your data any time.
