Questions about Habitat’s rwa management software
What can the committee do from the admin?
Approve residents and household additions, send notices and polls, share documents, run billing and accounts, manage amenities, staff and vendors, and see a live dashboard. Every admin and money action is logged.
Can different committee members have different access?
Yes. There are ready-made roles such as Society Admin, Committee Member, Accountant, Facility Manager, Auditor and Guard, and you can create your own with exactly the permissions you choose.
How does our RWA earn 80%?
We bring brands, local sellers and event organisers for lift posters, standees, flea markets, pop-up stalls, kiosks and festival stalls. The committee approves every space, date and vendor, Habitat runs it, and 80% of the revenue is paid to your society.
Is it really free?
Yes. There is no subscription, per-flat fee, setup fee or paid tier, and onboarding, migration and training are free too. The only third-party charge is the payment gateway’s standard fee on online payments, shown before anyone pays.
We already use another app or Excel. How hard is it to switch?
Not hard, and it’s free. Send us your member list and your last balances from your current app, Excel or Tally. We import opening dues, advances, bank and fund balances, and you’re live in 2 days.
